Personality/Attitude:Tsurugi Is very calm and doesn't realy care about much. He likes to sit and watch others train and learn from them. Trainging isn't realy his thing he'd rather stay at home and lay down on his roof and watch the clouds he doesn't realy care if there is no clouds our its raining he'll just lay there and look at the sky. He is very self centered.

Background/History:Tsurugi was very happy as child he came across alot of travelers and helepd them into the village and often giving the poor ones money that he carries with his mom being rich. He liked buying newspaper for the poor and cahrity work. He loved nice sunny days. Tsurugi was picked on by the academy students sbecasue he didn't want to be a ninja after certaint things happened he told his mom to enroll him in the academy. He was enrolled in the acedemy he wasn't very good but good enough to gradute after he gradautied he got personal training and did get better. He told his mom he wanted his own house.. so he got it after he moved in he was right where he is now.
