Village(s): I'd prefer it if there were a max of two.
Leader & Leader's Title: Name and title. If you don't have a leader, then put Leader Title: Open
Positions: All positions someone can take in the clan.
Description: Brief description of the clan and what it's like.
Branch(es): Does it have branches? If so, list them.
Kekkei Genkai: This must be approved before you begin registering the clan. If it isn't, then you will be denied.
Link to admin approved Kekkei Genkai: Give me the link to prove that it really is approved.
History of the clan: Must be at least two paragraphs.
